THE FRONT SURFACE IS IMMACULATE!!

THE FIRST THING TO NOTE IS THAT THERE IS NOT ONE JOT OF COLOUR LOSS WHATSOEVER, AND NO RING WEAR OR EVEN RECORD SHAPE. I STRESS  THIS IS REALLY RARE ON THIS SLEEVE. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!

THERE ARE JUST THREE MICROSCOPIC LINES NEXT TO THE SPINE. NONE AT ALL ALONG THE TOP OR BOTTOM EDGES, AND NO THUMB LINES ANYWHERE NEAR THE OPENING EDGE OR ELSEWHERE.

THE TOP EDGE HAS NO SHELF WEAR AT ALL, WITH ALL OF DELICATE COLOURS FULLY RUNNING FROM CORNER TO CORNER AND EVEN THE TIPS ARE UNRUBBED

THE BOTTOM EDGE  HAS SOME VERY LIGHT RUBBING WITH A FEW SLIVERS OF WHITE SHOWING PLUS SOME LIGHT WEAR TO THE  CORNERS

THE SPINE IS TOTALLY FLAT AND 100% UNSQUASHED.THERE IS SOME LIGHT DIMPLING TO THE TOP THIRD. ALL OF THE DELICATE COLOUR IS THERE, AND ONLY THE VERY TOP AND BOTTOM TIP ENDS SHOW A SPECK OF WHITE. THE WHITE TYPEFACE IS ALL PERFECTLY LEGIBLE AND PRISTINE.

THE OPENING EDGE IS RAZOR SHARP AND DOESN'T HAVE ANY THUMB NAIL NICKS, WHICH IS FURTHER EVIDENCE THAT THE LP HAS REMAINED INSIDE THE SLEEVE FROM NEW

THE LYRIC INSERT SHEET IS IN MINT CONDITION TUCKED INSIDE THE SLEEVE.

THE REAR SURFACE IS EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS THE FRONT. A COUPLE OF MINUSCULE LINES NEAR THE SPINE,AND A SPECK OF RUB TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER

IF YOU ANGLE THE SLEEVE INTO THE LIGHT YOU CAN JUST ABOUT MAKE OUT A SLIGHT SHADOW OF RECORD SHAPE ALONG THE TOP AND BOTTOM EDGES ONLY.

OPENING THE GATEFOLD REVEALS A TRULY PRISTINE PAIR OF INNER PANELS

THE BLUE AND WHITE POLY LINED INNER SLEEVE IS IN IMMACULATE UNSPLIT, UNCREASED, AND PERFECTLY FLAT.

THE WHITE AND MAUVE LABELS ARE IN MAGNIFICENT CONDITION. THE WHITENESS OF THE BASE COLOUR IS JUST PERFECT. NO MARKS OR STAINS, OR SIGNS OF HANDLING, JUST WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT ON A RECORD THAT HASN'T HAD MORE THAN A COUPLE OF PLAYS. THE MAUVE LOGO'S AND TYPEFACE ARE ALL PRISTINE AND UNRUBBED. THE SPINDLE HOLE IS TOTALLY UNWORN. JUST 1-2 TINY SPIDER LINES CLOSE TO THE SPINDLE HOLE

Sam and I have established a reputation as a trusted supplier of rare vinyl, based upon honest and thorough descriptions of our items (take a look at some of our feedback). Together we have undertaken the task of selling our father’s extensive record collection, which he has amassed during his time as a DJ and music critic. It’s a considerable and unique vinyl collection of albums and singles with many rare items included. In addition to the known rare records there are many demo and promotional items, which were not available for general purchase making them highly collectable. The chronology of the collection stretches from the early 1960s, to the early 1980s. Within this period, there is a concentration of records released between 1965–1969 and 1976-79 : seminal eras for music which is reflected in their collectability. Although the spectrum of musical genre is wide, a considerable proportion of the collection is Motown, Northern Soul, Soul, Reggae, Ska, Punk, PowerPop, New Wave, Mod, PsYcH & FreakBeat records. Fresh rare records usually start on a Thursday or Friday, ending 10 days later on Sunday or Monday evenings. Detailed & Honest Grading Policy We use the ‘Rare Records Price Guides’ grading scale (if you are unaware of this grading system please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible with a explanation of how this grading system works). As you can see in the description there is a grading given to vinyl and audio quality. This is necessary because a record may seem ‘poor’ quality when viewed, but when played, the audio quality is often ‘excellent’. Conversely the vinyl quality may seem excellent but when played the audio quality can be quite poor. Professionally cleaned (SMARTMATRIX) ? All records are professionally cleaned with a Smart Matrix cleaning machine before dispatch ? ? All records are securely & professionally packaged within protective plastic sleeves, then within a tough Card Sleeve, with a corrugated card stiffener & record mailers ? We Ship Worldwide IMPORTANT SHIPPING LIABILITY : When you buy a record(s) that cost more than £20 it is strongly advisable that you insure the item before dispatch | This can be done using the postal options – “Special Delivery” (Domestic next day) and or Airsure/ registered (for International), which provide extra compensation (up to £500) and security – If this service is not requested, we can not and will not accept liability of over £20 compensation for items that may be lost or damaged by royal mail, so please bear this in mind when selecting your postage option | However, in all circumstances I will obtain proof of postage which insures the package up to the value of £20.
