I don't remember the details of when I bought this. However, I believe it is a 35th Anniversary reprint, and I'm certain it is a colored vinyl.  Which color--I don't recall, and I'm not going to open it to find out. 
Mint condition--anything that looks like flaws in the images is a reflection of the plastic.
