Gatefold picture sleeve has light tear on seam (1inch approx.) ,minor wrinkles & small sticker damage on back (see scans)

Grading
All gradings are based on thorough visual inspection and a full audition.
The standard scale applies (M*, NM, VG+, VG).
As a rule Near Mint (NM) is my highest grade.
* I don't believe in Mint (M) and will only use it in the exceptional case
where I'm sure to be dealing with an item from unplayed and untouched stock.
I don't offer anything below VG.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason you return the item within two weeks
and I offer full refund, no discussion.
