This record is in near mint condition. It has just two or three spindle marks visible on each label and there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are in superb condition with just the few minor spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean and spotless in normal light. There is the odd thin light wispy line and very minor 'sleeve scuff' visible under bright light but not many and of course nothing remotely sinister. So overall the record is in great shape, has no nasty scuffs, marks or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid lustre.
I play tested the record and it plays near perfectly and sounded superb throughout. It lays flat, there is little to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is fantastic throughout as I say. Its really clear with barely a trace of surface noise or interference audible in the audio and only the most minimal amount possible in the run in. There is no distortion caused by excessive use and of course there are no skips, sticks or annoying clicks/pops. It was a pleasure to play test such a great sounding classic with such superb clarity and definition.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. It has only the most minimal amount of rubbing/wear to the edges and corners, and the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. There are of course no splits and no tears or pen marks anywhere. There is little to no creasing, virtually no ring marks visible and overall it is clean, bright, strong and in good shape. It does however have some scuffs on the front in the left bottom corner area. These are the reason it is not graded higher, and are by far the sleeves main issue. Other than these it is superb all round with the only other thing to mention being a faint sticker removal mark(glue residue) on the front in the top right corner area. I have tried to describe the sleeve as honestly as I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It includes its original lyrics inner which is in near mint condition. This has no tears, splits or pen marks and little to no creasing or ring marks.I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
