You are bidding on an EXCELLENT original UK FIRST PRESS of the 1987 THE SMITHS LP Strangeways Here We Come on original UK first press. This is an original UK first press on Rough Trade Records. Catalogue No. ROUGH 106
SLEEVE - the original EMBOSSED Card picture sleeve is in Excellent condition. It retains all of its original sheen there are no tears or seam splits. There is very light wear to some of the edges/corners. The spine is clean and crisp and fully readable. The record comes in the ORIGINAL Picture/LYRIC Inner sleeve which is EXCELLENT with no tears or seam splits.
VINYL - the disc is in Excellent minus condition, it is pressed on thick black VINYL and retains all of its sheen, under halogen lights there are a number of light hairline marks visible but no deep scratches. The labels are clean and crisp. Overall this is a Super example of an original FIRST PRESS of this 40 year old LP.
