I was asked for more detail on the condition....

The LP plays beautifully with virtually no noise.  There are no pops or crackles audible during any of the tracks.  You can hear every so slight noice between tracks.  There are light surface scratches visible as wll as sleeve abrasions that do not affect the play.  There is no warp.  The record has been cleaned and has no fingerprints, dust or contaminants.  The 45 plays great with no noise.  it is VG++ visually with only one fine scratch on "Doin' the Surfink" side. The cover has light ring wear as shown in the pic.  The front has less, but very slight ring wear.  Corners are sharp, no splits, no bends.  One 3/4" inch long ding in the cover where the record inserts into the cover.  Look at the pics and read the description.  No flaws ever hidden, and that is why I maintain such positive feedback, even on records MUCH more expensive than this one.
Thank you,
Scott
