THE TEDDY BEARS SING!  Imperial LP-9067


The girl bear does all the lead singing - only 16, but on the cover she looks like Phil's Mom!   This was Phil Spector's 1st LP and the follow-up to his massive #1 - "To Know Him Is To Love Him" - left off  for 'contractual reasons'.

I played this one loud and all the way through.  Nearly perfect.  Vocals crystal clear.  A few light pops - mostly at the beginning of sides and probably due to dust particles.  A few very light 'scuffs' (marks that do not affect play).  Had I bought this new, I would not bother to return it.
The cover, still in original shrink, comes with no punch hole or 'cut-out'.  Light ring wear visible - mostly on back.  Some brown spots on the back cover (see photo) are under the shrink and appear to be from ancient moisture, but there's no other evidence of this so it's just a guess.
