One of the finest direct-cut jazz discs, this particular edition offers up Joe Sample, Ray Brown, and Shelly Manne cutting a groove on selections like SATIN DOLL, ON GREEN DOLPHIN STREET, FUNKY BLUES, and the splendid, play-it-again-and-again MANHA DO CARNIVAL.
Please note, even when these East Wind discs were new, they were hard to find. Very fine recordings, cut with meticulous care in Japan by Nippon.
This copy has a very crisp cover, with a “SuperDiscs” sticker on back that states this was distributed by Nautilus on this side of the Pond. It is very handsome and clean, like new, really. Inside, is a direct-cut record that will play near mint.
A "must have" for jazz lover and audiophile alike. One of the very best records of its kind, bar none.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
