Description
THIS IS THE US ORIGINAL STEREO PRESSING on VIVA label. The single cover is in VG condition, normal wear, BUT discolouration/wear on spines/corners/right edge, creases on corners, small drill-hole (top left corner), 2cm break on front/rear (right/left edge, same level), 3cm split on top right corner, 1cm split on bottom right corner, left spine is readable, for details see photos. The record is in VG+ condition and plays wonderfully and without lessening in sound quality. BECOMING HARD TO FIND.

THE TRAVEL AGENCY
This outfit formed in 1968 in San Francisco after Frank Davis left Bob Segarini's band US. Davis, originally from Texas, had earlier worked at the Walt Andrus studios and some of his studio work can be heard on the Fever Tree albums. Davis also wrote Grand Candy, Young Sweet on Fever Tree's second album. The Travel Agency album was produced by James Griffin (later of Bread) in Los Angeles and issued on Leon Russell's Viva label. Side 1 is much stronger with some fine fuzztone guitar work on Cadillac George and some gentle, more folksy love songs like Loney Seabird and So Much Love. Contrast with this fast commercial rockers like Make Love and Old Man, the catchy That's Good and the unusual instrumental intro to What's A Man, the album's opening track, and you can see their material was of some diversity...(Fuzz Acid & Flowers)
