Description
This 45rpm record is by the late fifties black doo wop group The Velvetones. They sing a magnificent ballad "Come Back" backed by an equally fine up-tempo number "Penalty Of Love".It was released on the Texas label D records 1049 in 1959. Vinyl grades at a high end vg++ and the label has light wear with two initials written on both sides. The ballad side does play with a little light background crackle but not enough to ruin the enjoyment of the song.
