Italy + France (also applies to Belgium, Greece, Ireland and the Czech Republic)
currently required quantities of parcels into the parcel networks in Italy and France. We are therefore forced to implement the following restrictions for shipping business customer packages (DHL Paket International and DHL Paket Connect) to Italy and France from Friday, December 4th, 2020:
This means that since about December 4th, 2020, all parcels have been returned to the sender, because the two countries do not have sufficient storage and discharge options.
