THE WHO Tommy A1/B1/A1/B1 UK 1st Press ORIGINAL VINYL COMPLETE 2 LP EX

THE WHO TOMMY
Issue : RARE COMPLETE UK 1st PRESS      Label : TRACK      Catalogue No : 613 014
Matrix :  613013 A1/B1 - 613013 A1/B1
This UK 1st press is on the earliest plain, matt, black Track label. This genuine 1st press has all of the earliest features - flat labels, flat edge vinyl and the earliest matrix. It is complete with the inner booklet, the genuine original company inner sleeves and the rare earliest LAMINATED Track gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl is absolutely is extremely glossy, every track gleams. The grooves are unworn and the vinyl still has the original jet black gloss. There are however a few light marks on each side. These light marks have little affect on play. There are moments of light noise in the quieter moments but these are largely insignificant as the whole album sounds Excellent - bold, clear and vibrant.
The labels are in sensational condition. The black is solid and the silver text is sharp. There is just the very slightest spindle wear.
The genuine original inner sleeves are in Excellent condition. There are a couple of corner creases but these sleeves are still sensational. Clean and bright, the lining is completely intact and the edges are firm.

The rare earliest laminated gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition. The laminate is extremely glossy, the image is clear and unworn and the text is sharp. There is some wear to the spine and corners. The inside bottom edge has some wear but the black is still very bold and the colours are vivid. The opening edges are firm and the whole sleeve still feels solid.
