Here’s a historic and crazy item, the album for "The Who Live at Leeds". This great example of period art was done nearly 40 years ago. Released with just the label impression on brown cardboard, it was The Who's first live album. According to former owner’s family, the decoration was done by the legendary Kit Lambert in response to Roger Daltry's request for a simple album cover. We’ve also been told that at one time, the gentleman who once owned this album was a "roadie" for The Who until 1974 and he obtained it directly from Kit Lambert. This album completely out of our area of expertise and we are listing without any reserve. If you require more photos or have any questions, please let us know
Careful packing and shipping by Media Mail will be $4.00 in the U.S. International shipping fees will depend on destination.
