THE YARDBIRDS - HAVING A RAVE UP WITH THE YARDBIRDS. STEREO.

UK original 1st pressing EXPORT 12" LP on the Black & Blue COLUMBIA label.

SCXC 28. (1966). (STEREO). Front laminated flipback sleeve.

Re-listed - as the winner decided they wanted an 'archive Near Mint' copy!!

This copy is a solid EX to EX+ - no doubt about it!

If you missed out before get your bids in. I could have sent second chance offers to previous bidders, but chose to re-list the item instead.

I grade my items honestly and thoroughly whether it's a £10 LP or a £200+ LP.

I'm selling some of my higher-end, collectible, investment-grade vinyl LP's.

Some of it is the work of 30 years of collecting. I'll be sad to see these go - but they need re-homing for others to enjoy.

Keep an eye out for my listings over the coming weeks...

HAVING A RAVE UP WITH THE YARDBIRDS is a UK rock/freakbeat album featuring Jeff Beck on guitar.

An essential rock guitar album! This is the MEGA-RARE UK-made Export edition. This album did not receive an official UK release, it was exported to Scandinavian countries in 1966.

Stunning audio with this STEREO mix - for Export only to Scandinavian countries.

This example has an unusually clean, intact, beautiful cover!  The very few copies I've seen over 30 years have usually had covers with discolouration, darkening, worn spine cracks and more often than not badly creased covers. This one has survived the last 48 years incredibly well.  The Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve grades EX to EX+ for sure. Some light crinkled areas of laminate along the top edge - not bad at all.

The black and blue COLUMBIA labels are in lovely shape. Both labels grade a solid EX. 'SCXC 28' code. A touch of spindle wear but barely notices. See detailed photos. 'KT' tax code on Side 1 label.

The vinyl has a very glossy lustre and it is free from any major flaws. Playback is glorious, warm and full sounding - audio and visual quality is EX to EX+ overall. Good quality vinyl with these mid-1960's Columbia pressings.

The front laminated sleeve grades a conservative EX to EX+ on the front and back - absolutely stunning.

No real issues from I can see! Fully brilliant, glossy lamination, crisp spine, white has been being retained well, with vibrant print and colour retention.

A copy like this will only surface for sale very occasionally. Don't miss out.

Please ask any questions if you are unsure.  Item will be sent with insured with tracking, packaged in two cardboard cruciform mailers, plus card separators, with loads of parcel tape.
