"HOT JAZZ - COLD BEER" - VARIOUS - On DECCA, SKL 4512. Rare stereo original UK pressing recorded at the Railway Hotel, West Hampstead on July 2, 1962. Features four bands: Tony Coe Quintet, Fairweather-Brown All Stars, Bruce Turner Jump Band, Fat John's Jazz Band. The personnel includes Colin Bates, Spike Heatley, John Pritchard, Sandy Brown, and many others. Super clean M- disc...LOOKS UNPLAYED. The laminated flapback jacket is in excellent shape, displays wonderfully with only very faint ringwear on back. NO seam splits, NO writing or tears, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Original Decca poly lined inner sleeve included. A superb copy of this collectible original issue.
