Description

TONY POWERS Home-Made Label: N/A Catalog: 2222   Private loner folk from NY from a not so lonesome man. Tony co-wrote tons of hits in the 60's for people like Keith and The Crystals as well as a character actor in many fine Hollywood films.   Lo-Fi basement quality recordings and the hand drawn/paste on cover adds to the real people feel this LP has. It's like "Lie" without the cult.   CONDITION LP: VG+/VG++, a few light paper scuffs Play Grade: VG+, a pressing defect at the beginning of side one creates a light click through the first song, otherwise it plays clean. Label: Mint Cover: VG, being a homemade cover it has its problems. The sleeve has stains, frayed corners and spine (though no seam splitting) and tears on the back paste on slick.
