A SUPERB EXAMPLE OF THIS VERY RARE FIRST ISSUE, A1, B1 1970 DEBUT CBS RECORDS ALBUM RELEASE FROM TREES.

The Garden of Jane Delawney is the debut album from British Folk Rock Band, Trees. Whilst nearly every song on the album appears to be a traditional folk song, this is actually only the case for about half of them, the others having been penned for the album by front-man Bias Boshell. The title track is a particularly good example of his apparent talent for writing songs that sounded like they had existed for hundreds of years as folk songs.

This is the the Debut UK album release from British Folk Rock Band, Trees. The album was recorded in early 1970 and was released on the 24th April 1970 on the orange CBS Record Labels, with circled P date 1970.

Side 1 record label is in Excellent Plus condition, clean and unfaded record label with just signs of a few plays.

Side 2 record label is in Excellent condition, clean and unfaded record label with signs of a few plays and a small rub mark (see scan).

The LP plays beautifully well without faults through all the tracks, beautiful clear sound quality.

Both sides of the heavy quality vinyl LP are in very nice Excellent condition, very clean and glossy vinyl surfaces to both sides with nothing more than a few light non sounding surface hairline scratches.

The LP comes in it’s original Printed CBS Made In Great Britain Advertising inner bag which is in Excellent condition with no tears.

And is housed in its original front laminated Picture Sleeve which is in superb Excellent Plus condition. This sleeve has a super glossy front panel with just the mildest of LP storage signs and a couple on laminate pinches.

The reverse panel of the sleeve is very clean with just the mildest of LP storage signs, all edges and corners are undamaged and the spine text clearly legible.

A really superb example of this rare 1970 collectable UK album release from, Trees.
