This week's listings will consist of psych albums, some very rare and all in unplayed-looking condition. Very hard to find folk rock album still in shrink!
The cover presents well because it's still in the shrink. However, the shrink has dulled some with time. There is also a breach in the shrink at the bottom center of the cover, which has allowed a small eighth of an inch area of wear to lose some slick. The bottom right corner has a slight crush, exposing some cardboard. Large sale price sticker still on the shrink.
The original company inner sleeve is present in wonderful flat condition. Razor sharp corners, and no splits to any of the seams.
The vinyl is equally beautiful. But there are a couple of isolated areas of manufacturer's defect on each side. In the main, the stylus tracks silently. There is one place on track 3, side 1 where there are several repeat moderate pops that will be clearly heard several rotations during playback. Other than that, the LP offers a pleasant playback. Both sides of the LP have 1A plates in the trail-off, making this the earliest pressing. Very nice package!
