A solid very good condition copy of this 1963 UK 5th press Beatles classic LP with glossy vinyl, original front-side laminated flipback outer sleeve, original inner, and very impressive MONO sound quality.

Increasingly rare and sought after 1963 UK MONO 5th press Beatles classic;  very good plus (VG+) condition weighty and completely flat glossy vinyl still retaining a nice jet black sheen with some hairlines and very light paper scuff lines/marks on each side, only in evidence with close scrutiny under a bright light with all being non-feelable and appearing to be superficial only;  excellent (EX) condition labels with some very light and small spindle trails on each label and the "K" and "T" tax codes embossed upon the side 1 label;  very good plus (VG+) condition front-side laminated original press flipback Ernest J. Day outer sleeve with firm edges (the exception being the middle of the front opening edge where there is just a little fraying accompanied by a 6mm tear adjacent and perpendicular to that edge) & rigid spine with minimal rubbing on each corner, some 1-2cm light laminate creases adjacent and perpendicular to the front edges along with a few very light further laminate creases towards the corners, and on the reverse side the flip backs remain in overall excellent shape but do have some light surface creases on each and there are some light surface handling and shelf wear marks towards the opening edge. Very good plus (VG+) MONO sound quality with no skips, repeats, jumps, obvious clicks (there is a single light click during the intermission immediately after B1 and a further x2 very light clicks at the beginning of B3) or interference and any background crackle is very occasional and at an absolute minimum  - and certainly does not impinge upon the overall excellent sound tone and clarity, with every track still a great listen on this timeless Beatles classic. 

Comes complete with excellent (EX) condition 1st press poly-lined "USE EMITEX" inner sleeve with no edge splits, barely any creasing or age discolouration and remaining fully functional.

A nice condition copy of this Beatles classic with the impressive MONO sound quality being a real highlight.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
