1966 *Stereo* Pressing PCS 3042 YEX 94-1 / 95-1 2AT / 1AM
This unique cover has a professionally laminated back panel which has preserved its perfect condition from new - the laminate has been perfectly applied with 100% adhesion and is so good it is impossible to know whether it goes under the flips or butts against them - the information I have is that this is one of two covers that were owned and customized by an employee at G&L in 1966 but I have no way of proving that - there is a tiny blemish under the laminate which is part of the original paper surface (photo 7 next to track 5 'Boys') - the disc inside is as close to mint as you are likely to ever find - no obvious spindle trails on either side
The disc looks unplayed - it plays mint
The Garrod and Lofthouse cover is in outstanding condition - a rarer small 'stereo' version from 1966 - some small perimeter stress wrinkles but lovely square corners - perfect pinched ends spine - super-smooth front and rear panels with no half moons or pressure indents
Original correct polythene lined 'patents applied for' inner sleeve is in remarkable condition - no tears just very mild creasing
Note: This is an incredible example and easily good enough for a final upgrade - I also have listed a *Revolver* Stereo with fully laminated cover too
