1969 - Stereo PCS 3042 YEX 94-1 / 95-1 2-MP / 1-MR
Fantastic looking disc - lovely deep gloss surfaces - no groove wear - a few light handling lines, nothing more
Labels are in great condition with vibrant text - interestingly, side 1 has a matt finish , side 2 has a definite sheen - there are spindle trails but mainly confined to the centre circle, which is always a sign of careful handling
Audio is excellent - stone cold silent run ins throughout - plays great from start to finish
The G & L cover with its small 'stereo' is intact but looking very tired - the open edges are frayed - corners are bumped - spine is strong with no damage to the lettering - I think this may have been stored in a musty environment for years - nevertheless, it has done its job and protected the lovely disc from damage
I have included the correct advertising inner sleeve, previously missing - it is in great shape
Notes: The 'Sold In UK' label text was dropped mid 1969 and just a few weeks later, EMI introduced it's bland, boxed version. During those few weeks, this rare, final yellow parlophone variant was pressed. Fair to assume that it would not have sold in great quantity six years on from its original release and with such a limited time run
