1st UK pressing with:
• A Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated one piece gatefold cover Fourth Proof, (flipback glue-tabs at the top on inner spread);
• A red half-tone print on white 'psychedelic' paper inner sleeve;
• A 'cut-outs' card insert (full-colour, single-sided. Printed signatures of Peter Blake / Jann Haworth at foot);
• Black and yellow Parlophone logo labels with silver text:
"The Gramophone Co." in the radial text and
"Sold in U.K. Subject To Resale Price Conditions, See Price Lists" across labels at centre, with "Made in Gt. Britain" at foot.
The disc is very clean and retains a good sheen, plays though really well, no skips or clicks, some very light hairline marks, has some light crackle in places. The sleeve shows signs of storage wear with tape on the edges of the openings, the spine is rubbed and worn (see photos). The original inner sleeve is fully intact with some creases and seam splits to the sides. The cut-out sheet is complete and shows minimal signs of wear.
