Description

Original 1968 purchase, double album number 0142517 with "The BEATLES" embossed on the front cover. Record matrix numbers are XEX-709-1, XEX 710-1, XEX711-1 and XEX712-1. This makes it a really early pressing - judging by others I've seen on E bay, pressed in the first week or two. The records are in excellent condition and are in the original black inner sleeves which have only minor wear on them. The album sleeve is a gatefold top opening laminated one and is in excellent condition with very little sign of any wear at all but is yellowed a little.  All original inserts are there and in mint condition - never stuck on walls or anything- in fact they've hardly ever been out of the sleeve. 

This is quite a rare album and even more so because of the excellent condition of every part of album.

Following an enquiry, it would seem that I neglected to say that this album is a Mono version judging by the fact that the labels have PMC to the right of the centre hole. There doesn't seem to be any other reference to mono or stereo on the album.
