Description
On offer here is a UK MONO pressing of the album PET SOUNDS by THE BEACH BOYS. The Cat. No is T 2458 on the Capitol Records label. This pressing dates from 1966.
Side A Matrix / Runout: T1 2458-1 1 OG
Side B Matrix / Runout: T2 2458-1 1 OG
THE LABELS are in VG- with spindle marks.
THE VINYL cosmetically grades as VG condition, there are evident surface marks, a couple of which are feelable. I have played it through and whilst there were NO JUMPS or STICKS there was some noticeable light underlying background noise which becomes more apparent between tracks and in the more quiet parts. Playback grades as VG, still a decent listen.
THE INNER SLEEVE is a trace lined Emitex inner, in VG condition, with NO WRITING or SPLITS, just some discolouration and creasing.
THE COVER is the original front laminated flipback cover, this is in VG+ condition, there are NO SPLITS or WRITING. The spine, top and bottom edges are 100%, and the text on the spine is fully legible. There is some ringwear, bumping to the corners and general grubbiness.
