This listing is for the Beatles 1969 7" flexi-disc and original, light cardboard jacket/sleeve shown.  
Sent out to Fan Club members only.    33 1/3 rpm.  "HAPPY CHRISTMAS 1969."
Vinyl=  Tested and plays almost the whole way through, then stops close to the end after John Lennon says "Merry Christmas."   There is a 1/4" indent in the disk around this ending area which may be the cause.   There are quite a few light surface scratches which you can mainly see when holding the disk to the side.  I would unprofessionally grade at vg to vg+ considering the age, rarity and issues. 
Sleeve/jacket=  In tact.  No seam splits but does have some wear, marks, small pen writing on back/top as you can see in the pics.   A few creases, most noticeable being on the front/bottom half.  Would also grade at vg to vg+.
