The Beatles: 1970 UK Apple 4TH Press No. LP: 'The White Album'. No. 289542.
Uncommon fourth stereo pressing issue dating from late 1970 to Spring 1971, with side opening and blank back with the cat. Numbers for Mono and Stereo on the spine and the credits at the bottom of the labels except for side two.
Visual Grade: The four sides of the vinyl are in a strong EX to EX+ condition with full gloss, visually looks near mint on all sides but has a couple of very light surface hairlines when held at an angle on sides 3 & 4 (NAP); no scratches or scuffs and over all very light handling. Both labels are a clean strong EX condition.
The laminated sleeve is a strong EX, light handling and light ageing overall with no splits; very light ringwear impression front and back; The laminate covering on the outside is a strong EX with just a small lift on the front at the very bottom right corner (Please see pic), no yellowing or staining as is so common with the LP. The inner sleeve when opened is a clean EX+ and the side opening of both sleeves are a solid EX.
The four photo's are Mint and the poster is VG++ with light handling, no pin holes or splits.
Play Grade: The four sides play EX to NM.
