Overall Description
So here we have a lovely example of a first pressing of A Hard Day’s Night. This is an incredibly rare record to come across, especially in this condition!
The outer sleeve is a Garrod and Lofthouse printing with the fold over edges, indicating a 1st press sleeve, and it’s in lovely condition throughout. So often unlaminated rears of these vintage records are really discoloured but not this one!
The Vinyl is a first pressing with THE PARLOPHONE CO LTD… text running around the perimeter and SOLD IN THE UK… running through the middle.
The KT tax code is embossed on side 2

Outer Sleeve
The front laminated first pressing of the outer sleeve is in really good condition. The record is perfectly square and lies nice and flat. There is no writing, no rip, tears or stains to talk about. There is a little storage wear to the corners, but only minimal, and a small area where a sticker has been removed on the rear, but it’s hardly visible, as it’s on the white. Other than those minors, the sleeve is in really great condition. The spine is perfectly straight and readable. The front still retains its lovely colours and the midsized mono sits proudly! Inner Sleeves
The original emitax inner sleeve is in great condition also, with only minor folding, but no rips, tears or stains at all Excellent
Labels
A few spindle marks can be seen under a strong light, but only minimal. There are no stains, writing or tears Excellent
Vinyl Visual
Visually the record look brand new, with only a few minor non-audible hairlines visible under a halogen bulb, its clear to see that this record has not seen much action at all, and considering it half a decade age, it pretty incredible. The vinyl still retains its original factory shine and lustre Excellent +
Vinyl Audio
Listened to the record all the way through, and it sounds superb! There are no major jumps or skips. There’s the smallest of static between tracks, but really minimal. All the dynamics of the record sound superb and clearly defined. There are no jumps, skips or even pops! It’s a crystal listen!! Near Mint

So there we have it, a true original Beatles 1st press in superb condition!!
