The Beatles - 'A Hard Day's Night' // UK First Mono Press Vinyl LP 'XEX 481 -3N' - KT Tax Code Stamp. EX/EX.
I have played the record from start to finish back to front and can safely state the following: There is very minimal surface noise from the start, I was very surprised that when I put the needle on the dead-wax on side one that I wasn't met with crackles and pops but with pure silence and then the striking in-famous G7sus4 chord. There are no skips, jumps, major pops any causes of concern shown through the playing of this record. The vinyl itself shows less than a handful of scratches that obviously do not affect the play or the music in any way. As you would expect from a record of this age there are surface marks but no significant scratches. I have only given the record a once over with an anti-static brush so I believe that with a thorough clean it can be easily be restored to be in phenomenal aesthetic condition and even improve the already amazing playing condition of this record.
The label shows little to no wear with the colouring being completely un-faulted. However, does show spindle marks (as pictured). Contains embossed KT tax stamp on side one label. Contains 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd', 'Recording First Published 1964' & 'Sold In The U.K…' label text. Matrix' read ' XEX 481 -3N' & 'XEX 482 -3N'.
The sleeve shows no colour discolouration or signs of deface at all and is very clean for it's age. General wear around the corners and edges but the spine is completely intact and visible. Please view pictures for more accurate description.
I would grade the record and sleeve at EX/EX. Basing my estimate of value on RRPG's 2012 grading it places the value of this record at anywhere between £80-£60. However the RRPG price guide fails to take many factors into account. Hence the lower price.

Usually I ship in a standard record mailer, pack the record in a thick polythene sleeve and place the record in it's own separate cardboard sleeve. I then wrap with bubble wrap to further secure the safety of the record. The record will be sent tracked and signed for delivery both within the UK and worldwide.
