With no "Her Majesty" credit to sleeve or labels and with the misaligned Apple to bottom left rear indicating this as a true UK first issue with the matrix numbers....YEX 749-2 and 750_1.....here's the extremely good bit....with not one pop, no hiss, no nasty clicks to super clean vinyl, what this LP does contain is superb glorious audio playback.....wonderful copy, play tested, see last picture, on my new vintage beautiful Bang and Olufsen Beogram 3300 turntable loaded with a nice MMC 4 stylus and as stated a supreme sound.... 
Sleeve is also excellent with no scrawl, shelf rub or other issues...all in all a superb copy.....
