Description
October 1964 Japanese first pressing with the letter F, followed by the Y330 price tag on the front of the sleeve. It's also red wax vinyl, which was limited to only the first two pressings, in any case.
This is a rare record. In the 18 months I have been intensively doing this, I have never even seen this before in any of the 40+ shops I frequent across Tokyo and Sapporo (and I've had 3 buying trips in that time). This was picked up for me by an eagle-eyed mate who realised it was pretty rare, and red vinyl to boot! I've had 3 or 4 of the 6th to 8th presses from the 1970's on Apple label, but never one of the first 5 Odeon pressings. To pick up a first red is great for any collectors out there who would want this. I might never see another one!
VG Vinyl. Lots of scuffs and hairline scratches but nothing that feels deep or impedes playback too much. EX- Sleeve EX- Inner sleeve
