ORIGINAL BEATLES BUTCHER COVER (PEELED PASTE-OVER VERSION) INCLUDING VINYL RECORD ALBUM.
This is a used but original 'Yesterday...And Today Beatles' album with the peeled paste-over version of the original butcher cover. Whoever removed the paste-over photo did a pretty nice job of it. It shows very well and the front cover picture is in better condition than most that I see on eBay.
That said, there are issues: There is a larger size stain on the front cover, but minimal peeling damage to the photo. Structurally, the spines have split (no surprise) and appear to have been scotch taped at some point in time as a repair. The back cover shows wear with soiling and smudges. I'm not the original owner so I don't know if the vinyl record that comes with the jacket is the original one or not. However, it's in pretty good condition and has the original capitol label. I have not play graded it, but the real value is in the cover.
If you are looking for perfection, pass this one by. However, if you are a Beatles collector and don't have a Butcher cover, this will fit in your collection nicely. It definitely displays well in a plastic sleeve (included)!
