Description

A 1st pressing of BFS on the UK Parlophone label from 1964. Matrix 3N/3N. Stampers 1-RLA/2AOG. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. No Emitex inner unfortunately.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection there are a number of light marks - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minimal. All we could detect was a touch of light static momentarily in a couple of tracks. It really is a very nice little player...
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has been looked after down the years. Do bear in mind that these BFS covers are particularly hard to find in decent condition due to the way they were manufactured. Nice and shiny front with only the lightest handling wear. The interior is in very nice condition with no issues at all. Edge wear is reasonably light too. The text on the spine is 100% intact.
