The Beatles HELP! LP 1965- PMC 1255 original 1st Press XEX 549-2 550-2, VG+VG+
This is the first UK Pressing of the Help LP. variation A as explained bellow. record is in excellent plus condition and sleeve and inner are excellent. may have the odd hairline however does not affect the record, this is a superb copy. I have played this record all the way through with no problems at all, and sounds great, plays very well. Proper thick heavy weight album old style, feels great.
I ALSO HAVE A PORTUGUESE STEREO FIRST PRESS ON HERE OF THIS LP IF INTERESTED? HOWEVER THIS ONE HERE IS A BEAUTY!
It is about almost impossible to find any non-sealed vinyl records without any hairline marks. Many of them had them from new, especially if sold with cardboard inner sleeves. They are a result of storage and use and have little impact on sound quality.
However: If for any reason you are not happy, then buyer pays Postage for to return the item in the original condition as it was sent out to you for a full refund of the item only.

Notes
First pressing. August 6, 1965. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. Capitol print. Tracing-paper-lined “Use Emitex” die-cut inner sleeve. With or without KT tax code on the label.
Variation A. The original 1st labels used a Sans-Serif font and the * credit indicator for “I Need You” was placed to the right of the song title with a space between: I Need You *.
Variant B (this one): Other of the original labels used a thick font and the same * credit indicator for “I Need You” was placed to the right of the song title with a space between: I Need You *. In addition, the laqueur numbers (XEX.549 & XEX.550) shifted relative to date on the both sides.
Variation C. Side 1 is practically the same as in variation 1A but the titles of “Girl” on track 5 and 6 are now aligned directly above each other. Side 2 has a few more differences in the tracklist layout. Most noticeably, the second line now begins with BIEM instead of NCB; and “Yesterday” now no longer begins on its own line. The layout in general is neater with the space being used a little more efficiently.

COVER - VERY GOOD
MINT- The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised, as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT- The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD- The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR-The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR- The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD--The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
