The Beatles "Help!" LP
1965 Chile pressing on Odeon Records #LDC-36543 (Mono)
Cover: G (damage to plastic-encased cover includes 7" spine edge seam split, 5" tear at top, 12" split on back at opening, name written on front and back, staining, soiling, creasing)
Vinyl: G (surface scratches/scuffs, many label spindle marks, name written on label b-side)
I play-tested this record on a 1960's Audiotronics mono phonograph; it played with audible surface noise but did not skip (I would recommend a similar vintage mono unit for best playback results)
