Description
The Beatles LP ( Rubber Soul ). 1st pressing ( LOUD CUT ). Mono PMC 1267. The sleeve is a Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd. This is in VG condition with some laminate creasing but no lifting. The opening edge has 2 very light tears on the back. The back of the sleeve has browned slightly with age. Flip overs are in great condition and there are no seam splits. The record is housed in a poly lined inner sleeve. The labels are in VG+ condition only because there are quite a lot of spindle marks, there are no sticker marks or writing on the labels. The disc is in VG condition and plays all the way through without sticking or jumping, there is some cackling throughout but not that bad considering this record is played loudly. There is a considerable amount of surface marks and light scratches. The disc still retains a good lustre and lays perfectly flat. Considering this record is nearly 50 years old this is not a bad find. These LOUD CUT versions don't show themselves that often so this could be a good find for the Beatles collector.
