The Beatles - 'Let It Be' Boxed Set
1970 UK Issue
I have recently inherited this original Beatles Let It Be box set. I believe it was brought brand new in 1970 when it was released. I have played it through and despite a few surface scratches the album plays without skipping. Although there is some surface noise, the album is still enjoyable to listen to and plays fine otherwise.
The box set is complete and contains all original items.
Vinyl = Good condition. Some surface scratches. On side 1, there is one scratch that goes across four tracks although this does not appear to affect playback.
Labels = Near mint. Clean, complete. Unmarked
Inner sleeve = White paper. Clean, complete. Unmarked
Album cover = Excellent condition, near mint. Fully laminated with red apple logo. No marks front or back.
Book = Excellent condition, again near mint. No lifting of the laminate, ever so slight marks to the outer edges, although only where you would expect on a book and probably like that when new anyway.
Inner Tray = Very good condition. 1 small tear (approx 1.5cm) in the inner top right hand corner. Two of the other inner corners are scuffed.
Outer Slipcase = Very Good. No rips or tears. Light creasing around edges. Glossy laminate is not lifting anywhere on the front or rear. Slight rubbing to the top edge.
