Description
Great original UK 1st pressing playing copy of The Beatles' iconic Love me do debut 7" single from 1962 on the red Parlophone label, with ZT in the run out and 1N/1N matrices.
Ticks all the boxes for an original 1962 release and comes with the original candy stripe Parlophone company paper sleeve.
This is a well used copy but it's survived well and still sounds great.
The vinyl has plenty of hairlines and surface wear but NO feelable scratches or scuffs. It plays through well with some surface noise that is only really noticeable at run-in and run-out. The music comes over loud and clear. It grades Good+ to VG.
The A Side red and silver label has a little fading to the right hand side but otherwise is in fine condition – all the type is clear and readable, the four-prong centre is intact and there is no damage or writing.
The B side label has a more consistent colour, but there is a letter P bottom left and a touch of spindle wear.
The candy stripe sleeve is VG+ with no seam splits.
Offers welcome but they need to be above the start price!
