Anyone looking for the absolute best rendition on MMT without spending a fortune...? Well, I think we have it here! If this sounds interesting ..read on...
An original 1976 1st pressing of MMT.  Matrix 1/1. When 1st released in '67 MMT was 2 X 7 inch eps. At the same time in the USA they released in the LP format. A few years later Parlophone rather belatedly realised they were missing a trick and released in Lp format in the UK for the 1st time in '76. These copies - are identifiable by the EMI rim text. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover with the 24 page booklet. The inner sleeve too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In excellent condition and has only seen light. A couple of slight marks per side - nothing troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least EXCELLENT level of playback with one minor deviation per side. Plays clean predominantly a couple of crackles in a couple of spots per side. The fussy tracks are playing really well. I did detect a couple of ticks in one isolated spot per side [e.g. in Fool]. But other than the briefest issue it is playing darn well throughout. Get all these classic Beatle tracks in the one place with excellent fidelity. 
Cover (Ex-) The surfaces being in excellent order - smooth and flat - are absolutely pristine. The interior seems to have avoided most of the ageing process - very impressive. Please note booklet has detached in one piece. This happens in 99% of cases. Pages not heavily thumbed at all. Minimal edge wear generally speaking. 3 inch top edge split on right panel. Has been internally repaired so not too bad. Spine 99% intact. Superb.
Inner (Vg+) Some ageing. No splits.
