Mono PMC 1202 EX, (5th press label type 1e, or 4th press label variant B)
The vinyl record has been cleaned by Ultrasonic records cleaning machine.
Fifth (4th)* pressing, label 2a, Summer 1963–January 1964. Ernest J.Day & Co. Ltd. London front laminated cover, with large mono on front. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. The Parlophone Co. Ltd. printed at the start perimeter print and Recording first published 1963. Tracing-paper-lined Use Emitex die-cut inner sleeve. With MKT tax code on the label. Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 421-1N; Side 2: XEX 422-1N.

Very Rare MKT tax code on side 1
Audio: (Audio tested). EXCELLENT ! Deep clear MONO sound. NO skips, NO jumps, NO repeats, without background noise. In some quiet places between some songs can hear a slight separate random pops. The vinyl has been cleaned with an ultrasonic record cleaning machine;Vinyl visual: EXCELLENT ! Almost perfect record. The record is absolutely flat. The vinyl surface seems to show like no signs of use, there is a very light cosmetic surface hairline on side 2, that does not affect one's the playback and listening experience;
Labels: EXCELLENT ! Yellow Parlophone Type-3, without any remarks. The vinyl holes are perfectly preserved, with only slight trace marks from the turntable spindle visible. No writings, no stickers, no traces of glue (see pics.);
Cover: near EXCELLENT ! Thick Hard cardboard Rare Ernest J.Day & Co. glossy shine front laminated cover, with large mono on front. Back side "Printed and Made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. London PMC 1202 PCS 3042". Clear back side without any writings or stickers marks;
Inner sleeves: EXCELLENT ! Original Polythene-lined "Use EMITEX" die-cut sleeve type-2. This rare sleeve was made in a thinner material than type-1. No torn, no writings.
*Note: For the Beatles' debut album, Please Please Me, there is a difference in the indexing of the editions of the two main Beatles records chronologers. It can be seen that according to one it is the Fourth Edition, and according to the other - the Fifth, but in fact it refers to the same edition.
