Description
The Beatles Please Please Me LP PCS3042 Stereo. Condition is Used. Visual inspection suggests Very Good. Has not been played in many years.
Believed to be 1968 7th pressing as it has the old Parlophone logo in yellow on black label, with other text in silver. Also on Side 1 tracks 6 & 7 have credits to Dick James Mus. Co.
Side 1 is stamped YEX 94-1 on vinyl under the label at 5 o'clock position, with a small 1 at 8 o'clock and RO at 2 o'clock. Side 2 is stamped with a 1 at 10 o'cock, RL at 3 o'clock and YEX 95-1 at 7 o'clock.
No scratches on disc. No writing on label, some small marks near central spindle hole.
Outer cover in good condition. On front, 5 crescents of spidering on right, and more at edges. Corners are scuffed. Reverse of cover shows small damage to bottom edge of flipback at opening. One small tear halfway up opening edge. One mark top right under the matrix number. Bottom right of reverse indicates "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending. PMC 1202. PCS3042"
Inner sleeve is paper lined with polythene, printed one side. May not be original. Good condition, no splits.
Item will be packed in stout LP mailing cover. Delivery by Royal Mail 2nd class.
