Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Beatles - Please Please Me - Vinyl LP album 1963/1964.
4th pressing from between 1963 and 1964.
MONO
UK Pressing.
Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 421-1N; Side 2: XEX 422-1N.
Does NOT have KT tax code.

Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve
Vinyl Condition: G (Record is well played and has lots of surface marks, light scuffs and superficial scratches but does play well. There is surface crackle and clicks and pops in places but no sticks or jumps. There are some pops at the start of "Misery" but not major. The spindle shows quite a lot of wear indicating many plays. Overall the record is well played but plays sp much better than it looks and is very enjoyable. No sticks or jumps at all. Great album).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Original inner is MISSING!!!!!!! Only a plain white replacement is included as shown in the picture).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Front laminated flip-back sleeve has some creases to the front and staining and browning to the back, in keeping with age really. Pen mark to the top fli-back. Overall sleeve is pretty decent for its age).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
