I believe this is a rarer EJ Day sleeve and MKT tax code early repress from 1963. It is difficult to see and capture the exact letters on the side 2 label ...
Parlophone classic black and yellow labels. The label rim states "The Parlophone Co.Ltd." and the label mentions "Recording first published 1963" but NOT "Sold in the UK". Slightly different on side 1 to general 5th pressing style (as presented here: http://www.yokono.co.uk/collection/beatles/uk/lp/uk_lp_mono_ppm.html##1-5 ).
MKT tax code on side 2
Large "MONO" on front cover.

Condition and details below:
The sleeve is intact, no major rips/tears. Some wear on edges and creases on laminate , slight rip on rear flip back , top and bottom. The rear is though , very clean, no writing and just very light staining , hardly noticeable - a really nice example.
The use emitex inner is slightly discoloured , a couple of creases. No rips - VG+/Ex
The labels show signs of wear and usage around the centre hole, a bit of spotting, nothing serious and very clean, no marks , initials etc.
The vinyl LP has very little markings on both sides; it defies its age and, as a result, save for some odd light crackle, no pops/jumps/sticking, it plays really, really nicely. A great listen
