Description: This is rare original Odeon copy ( released in 1966 ) of Beatles’ “Please Please Me” to commemorate their Japan Tour. The cover is different from UK copy, while the disc is beautiful Odeon red-wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead 8 page colorful booklet is originally attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese description", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage". But each page is off inside gate-fold cover. It’s hard to find this copy with red-wax even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G/VG ( Cover / Disc )
COVER: Cover is worn on the corners, top, right-edge & partly other outer-edges. It’s creased around rims of front & back, while being lightly scraped & scratched with ring-wear on the front & back. A booklet inside gate-fold is stained with small writings in places on its surface of each page. A short tear is inside page ( See photo ). Otherwise it’s OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has some slight scuffs with several scratches & hairlines ( conspicuous, but not deep ) on each side. There’re some to many spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG”.
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet was originally attached inside gate-fold cover ( but each page of booklet is off the cover ).
INNER-BAG: FAIR, being wrinkled with ring-crease on the surface of each side. It’s torn and brown-taped along the bottom-edge. A top-flap is missing ( torn off ).
