Description

This is the Beatles album Please Please Me PMC 1202 in Mono on the black and yellow Parlophone label. This label is really special as it has the extra 33 1/3 left over from the Gold editions. As can be seen from the photos the labels have a few marks but the label is really rare and worth considering.

Northern Songs credits to both labels.

As previously stated the cover is the Gold edition with the photographers credit further to the right. The front panel is clean but with a little age wear around the edges. Again the rear panel is clean but there is some damage to the bottom flap and a little paper missing but everything is intact. As with all Gold covers it was made by EJ Day.

I have just replayed the record and can report that it plays all the way through with a little static crackle especially in the quieter moments with a few pops and the odd click here and there but no repeats or jumps.

There are numerous scuffs on the vinyl and some small scratches.

Labels omit " sold in the UK etc."to both sides, the stampers are PM1 and RR1.

This album comes with the correct poly lined Emitex inner.

A very rare album and priced accordingly with regards to my honest description.

A nice rare album hardly offered for sale!
