A good copy of this classic 1966 Beatles masterpiece!
This has the matrices...
XEX 605-2 and XEX 606-2. The best sounding mono copy !
People pay top dollar for the ‘withdrawn mix’ 606-1 side 2, because it is rarer I guess, but if you want the best sound this is the go-to (maybe it was withdrawn for a reason?)
This copy has a sleeve with little creasing and some marks, no writing or rips though and intact - VG+
An original inner with a small rip and a few creases- VG
Labels with only a few usage marks visible, no writing - VG+
Both sides of the vinyl have plenty of marks , nothing deep, couple of small scratches that cause a few ticks and some light crackle as you’d expect, especially in quiet bits - visually G+ but plays at least VG/VG+ for the most part
Playback , no skips , pops and crackle here and there, generally a good powerful sound; a couple of louder pops on Love You To (small mark) and again on Got to get you into... - overall a very pleasing listen considering…sounds better than it looks and will improve with a good clean I think!
