The Beatles – Revolver PCS 7009 Y&B UK Stereo 1st Press with Rare Dr. Robert Credit
Item: The Beatles – Revolver PCS 7009 UK Stereo LP 1st Press with “Dr. Robert” title on both the sleeve and the label which was quickly changed to Doctor Robert. Hard to find with both the shortened abbreviation spelling of “Dr. Robert” credit on label and sleeve.
Matrix Numbers: Side 1 YEX 605 - 1

Record Weight: 158g
Sleeve: Garrod & Lofthouse laminated sleeve to the front. With misspelling on rear for track “Dr Robert”.
Inner Sleeve: Made In England with tracing paper inner.
Labels: Black & Yellow Parlophone labels with rare Misspelling as “Dr Robert” which was quickly changed to “Doctor Robert”. KT tax code to side 1.
Detailed Descriptions
The Sleeve: G+ Has some creases to side of spine, a tear to the front about 3cm and a crease to front bottom right corner. There is a burn mark to rear flipback and there is some mild ringwear on front and back of the sleeve. If it wasnt for the tear i would of graded it as VG- still a decent sleeve the tear could be selotaped under to stop it making it worse i leave it for the buyer to decide.
Inner Sleeve: G+ Spine splits to the bottom and the side. There is discolouration to the front and back and tatty top of the inner sleeve but there is no tears.
The Labels: VG Has a few spindle marks to both sides and a smudge mark to side 1 nothing major.
Record Visually Graded: VG- Has a scratch on tracks 1 & 2 on side 2 (which can be felt with a fingernail) and mark on track 3 side 2. There are some other light marks
Record Playback: VG- Plays through with a little odd crackle and signs of useage still sonically the record has a strong tone. There is a scratch on tracks 1 & 2 on side 2 which actually plays through and no clicks could be heard. There is a mark on end of track 2 and the start of track 3 on side 2 which has a light click for about 11 turns and plays through without jumping or skipping. Only the clicks on the beginning track 3 side which are short otherwise the whole album plays through fine and there are no skips jumps anywhere.
I use the following grading system: M=Mint, NM=Near Mint, EX=Excellent, VG=Very Good, G= Good, F=Fair, P=Poor B=Bad
THE RECORD HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED ON A RECORD CLEANING MACHINE WITH A NON ALCOHOL SOLUTION.
