The Beatles – Rubber Soul
This version: Labels have sans-serif typeface on A-side labels and serif typeface on B-side labels.
'Printed and made by Garrod & Lofhouse Ltd.' in lower right corner of the rear sleeve.
First so-called 'loud cut' version of Rubber Soul: "Shortly into the production run, EMI decided that Moss had cut the album too loud and ceased production. After Moss re-cut mono lacquers on November 19, new metal parts were made, and Hayes resumed pressing the album. The albums pressed with stampers generated from the initial lacquers were not destroyed and can be identified by the "-1" following the XEX 579 (Side 1) and XEX 580 (Side 2) matrix numbers..."

Condition and details below:
The sleeve is VG - intact overall, some laminate creasing as is often the case and a small split. The rear has a faint pen mark and some light stains
Original inner has creasing, intact and VG+
Vinyl has light scuffs and marks, light scratches, both sides and labels have usage marks, but no writing , a solid VG
It plays much better than it looks! Some light hiss and crackle, mainly between tracks, on both sides - a good listen with no sticks or jumps
