  • up for sale is this factory prerecorded 7 1/2 IPS 4 track reel to reel tape of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely hearts Club Band" by the Beatles released on Ampex tapes in 1969 in The United States. The tape plays fantastic & complete with no drop outs on my Akai deck with plenty of leader tape on both sides. This is one of the best ways to listen to the original analogue stereo mixes from Capitol. The vocals sound amazing with great stereo separation. The reel box is in excellent condition with no corner splits & just a bit of rub wear to the front & back slicks. The factory reel & label are also in excellent condition with slight ageing wear to the label. Also included is the original Ampex Stereo Tape Catalog. Thanks Frank
