The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band UK Mono
Very rare cover correction. On the back of the cover "patents pending" was blotted out with red ink. Originally had "patents pending" printed, but that was a mistake given at this time of Sgt. Pepper pressings, the patents were not pending anymore. Before the cover was laminated the factory corrected this error with some extra red ink, before the lamination process. To show this I took a photo at an angle showing light reflect off of the gloss cover, if the ink was over the gloss, this would not happen. This is the only Sgt. Pepper cover I've owned with this type of an error correction. Also KT tax stamp on side two.
Cover is in EX condition.
Side one is in EX/EX+ condition, has a few light hairline scratches one a little longer then the other. Side two is similar in EX condition, has a few light scratches and a couple of light paper insertion marks.
Comes with cutouts and psych sleeve.
