Description
The Beatles The White Album Original Numbered Vinyl Double LP. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
Original early release numbered 0328364. Complete with original pictures and poster. It has the black inner sleeves but these are quite worn. I've replaced them with new inners but will include the originals in the sale. Top loader.
Vinyl - Sides 1 - 3 are G/VG. Visible marks on the playing surface and some surface noise throughout which is particularly noticeable between tracks. Occasional clicks but plays without sticking or jumping.
Side 4 is Fair/G. Lots of visible marks which create a fuzzy click throughout the first half of the side. It improves half way through the side. But Side 4 does play without sticking or jumping throughout.
Sleeve - G. Structurally sound but dirty and marked as you can see from the pictures. Someone has biro'd a name on the back of the sleeve, this is small and unobtrusive. The pictures of the band are in very good condition except for a line on the McCartney one. Again, check the pictures. The poster is in very good condition.
An opportunity to buy an original numbered copy of this classic album.
I ship all records with the inner sleeves removed from the outers to reduce wear and tear in transit.
I grade vinyl as follows.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
